Exporting reports and data
Every survey can be shared as a report or raw data. Open a survey’s Results screen and tap the share icon (top-left) for the export menu. The floor-plan image is shared from the Floor plan card.
Each deliverable is named after the survey title and date, for example
Warehouse survey 2026-07-22.
PDF site-survey report
Section titled “PDF site-survey report”Share PDF report builds a multi-page, vector PDF (selectable text, small files) with these pages:
- Cover — title, venue, date, transport, the letter grade and score, the requirement line, and headline stats (points, roams, metres walked).
- Summary — a stat grid (connection health, median signal, signal/SNR ≥ target %, sub-scores, distance walked, roams, weakest decile), the signal histogram, band shares, and median link rate.
- Floor plan — one page per storey for a multi-level survey, if a plan was captured.
- Walk map — the top-down minimap.
- AP breakdown — per-AP table: samples, share %, median dBm, median SNR, worst dBm, and bands.
- Weakest points — up to the ten weakest samples.
- Roams — every handoff with “before → after” and its flag.
- Methodology — the scope disclosure, the graded-against targets, and the ARRF version and date.
A “Generating report…” overlay shows while it renders.
CSV — readings
Section titled “CSV — readings”Share CSV writes one row per placed sample, with these columns:
placedAt, tickObservedAt, servingAP, servingHost, apIP, host, band, snr, dbm, rssi, minRSSI, maxRSSI, rssiSpread, channel, channelWidthMHz, phyFamily, noiseFloor, idleSeconds, x, y, z, uncertaintyRadius, txRateMbps, rxRateMbps, deepUplinkSnrDB, deepPhyRateMbps, deepMcsIndex, deepMcsWidthMHz, deepMcsNSS
The deep* columns are populated only when Deep RF stats per
cube was on.
CSV — roams
Section titled “CSV — roams”Share roams CSV appears only when the survey recorded at least one roam. One row per handoff:
timestamp, fromAP, fromHost, toAP, toHost, snrBefore, snrAfter, x, y, z
Share JSON exports the full survey export as a single .json file — the
complete record ARRF itself stores.
Floor-plan image
Section titled “Floor-plan image”On the Floor plan card, the Image button saves the 2D plan as a PNG.
Brand the report
Section titled “Brand the report”Fill in Settings → Report branding:
