Exporting reports and data
Every survey can be shared as a report or raw data. Open a survey’s Results screen — freshly stopped, or reopened from History — and tap the share icon at the top left for the export menu. The floor-plan image is shared from the Floor plan card instead, and the 3D view has its own share menu.
On a long walk the screen briefly shows “Preparing report…” while it builds the analysis, walk map, and floor plans in the background.
Each deliverable is named after the survey title and date, for example
Warehouse survey 2026-07-22.
What’s in the share menu?

Characters that would break a filename are replaced with -, and an empty
title falls back to survey.
PDF site-survey report
Section titled “PDF site-survey report”Share PDF report builds a multi-page, vector PDF (selectable text, small files). The cover reads Wi-Fi Site Survey Report when the survey measured AP signal, or Wi-Fi Experience Walk Report for a phone-measured Any Wi-Fi survey. Pages appear in this order, each only when it has something to show:

The page count varies with the survey. A “Generating report…” overlay counts the pages as it renders.
A before / after comparison exports its own PDF, with a comparison summary and per-room pages.
CSV — readings
Section titled “CSV — readings”Share CSV writes one row per placed sample. Columns are only ever appended, so existing positions hold:

CSV — roams
Section titled “CSV — roams”Share roams CSV appears only when the survey recorded at least one roam. One row per handoff:

Section titled “CSV — experience data”Three more CSVs carry the raw data behind every experience figure, so a reviewer can re-derive the numbers:

Share JSON exports the full survey export as a single .json file — the
complete record ARRF itself stores.
Can I view a survey in a browser?
Section titled “Can I view a survey in a browser?”Yes — open the JSON export in the web viewer at arrf.neuralconfig.com. Export the survey as JSON from its Results, then drop the file onto the page (or use Choose a file). The file is read in your browser and never uploaded.
Floor-plan image and 3D exports
Section titled “Floor-plan image and 3D exports”On the Floor plan card, the Image button saves the 2D plan as a PNG. The 3D view’s share menu adds a snapshot PNG, an MP4 video, View in AR, and a USDZ 3D model — see LiDAR floor plan.
Brand the report
Section titled “Brand the report”Fill in Settings → Report branding:
- Company — stamped on the cover and footer (“Prepared by”).
- Engineer — the preparer’s name.
- Contact — a phone, email or website line on the cover.
- Add logo — your logo replaces the ARRF mark on the PDF (without a logo, your company name does). A PNG with a transparent background prints best.
Leave any of them blank to omit it. To hand a client the verdict and scores without a letter, turn off Letter grade in PDF report under Settings → Using ARRF for.
